    It took them 45 mins to deliver 3 sandwiches. I thought they were supposed to be "freaky fast"?!They claim that they suddenly got very busy! When I called 3 times to check on the order they constantly indicated that they are on the way. They were never apologetic or expressed any concern for my time. The manager, Justin, was rather rude. I will not return or order with them again.

    After three phone calls to corporate and an email, I received a response today from the store manager, who said she'd just received my enquiry that day. She offered me a replacement cookie. That's fine, but my goal here was to put the focus on improving this store. Couldn't bear to see what had been a good business go down the tubes. It sounds as though this new manager may be working on improving things, so perhaps going back to Jimmy John's may be possible in the future.

    This is the first time I went to a Jimmy John's and the bread was burned, overcooked. Didn't taste like a Jimmy John's sandwich. Hopefully the owner sees this and makes some corrections. I won't be back. Sorry.

    What's is wrong with this place? These teenagers who work there are totally worthless. I went in today (07/28/13 around 2:00PM). They just cannot get the order correct and have to be told several times what I wanted. They dropped the sandwich to the ground and if I had not noticed, they would have given me that sandwich. I saw it and told them I wanted another made up. Then when the sandwiches were done, the blonde girl literally threw the sandwich on the counter toward me. I asked for the manager of this store - but was told there was no manager present. Last time I go here. I would not recommend going to this particular location.

    30 minute wait for one sandwich - 8 minutes away - next time I will drive their and back - do not recommend delivery. There is nothing fast about the service here!

    Always have a bad experience - orders not made correctly - placing order over phone and paid with credit card - called me 2 hours later, leaving a message saying " I gave them wrong card # call them back ASAP." Who does that? shouldn't they have called right back? I had already finished my sandwich over an hour ago. Are all their workers on a rude slow motion pace? Never friendly always slow and can not do common tasks - it's embarrassing !!! I love JJ but HATE that location. I try to avoid it at all costs!!

    I go to a Jimmy Johns once or twice a week for lunch. You walk in and you're greeted by the team with a welcome hello. I like the sandwiches because they are consistent, fresh, & just the right amount of the right ingredients. I like to eat healthy and just have tap water with the sandwich. The soda, cookies, and chips take away from that plus just add calories. The interior is clean and the music playing helps enjoy my time while I eat my lunch. Also, the service is always freaky fast!

    I was delivered the wrong sandwich. I called to let them know and instead of dealing with the matter at hand and apologizing THEN reprimanding the person at fault AFTER he hung up the phone, whomever answer the phone put his hand over the receiver and to the other employee "Dude, you mixed up the damn sandwiches. You can't mix up the sandwiches. Now we have to go back and get them." He comes back on he phone like I couldn't hear his entire conversation and says "Sorry, that was my co-worker's fault," like I care who made the mistake. Very unprofessional. I really don't care that much that the sandwiches got mixed up, mistakes happen. It was the way they handled it. THEN, the guy who comes to deliver my correct sandwich asks for the wrong sandwich back... I'm pretty sure you should've just let me keep it because you'd have to throw it away anyway--I HOPE, and you made a mistake. The least you could do is let me have a free sandwich. Oh well! Not going back to this location. Sounds like I'm not the only one! Wake up management! Train your staff to be professionals!! OR even better, hire the right people. Oh and by the way, I NEVER write reviews but someone else at my office had a bad experience too. I ran my own retail store for almost 8 years and I just couldn't let this go.

    This was by far one of the worst experiences of my entire life with customer service. I will NEVER eat here again. MANAGEMENT WAKE UP! And if management is one of these young kids who laughed at my calls know I will be contacting corporate as soon as I am done with this post. After 30 minutes went by I called the store just to make sure they got the internet order. I was told, " Yes we have it here and the driver is already out and it should be there in five minutes." 15 minutes goes by and no food. I call back again and tell them this is getting ridiculous and that we still don't have our order! I was told, " I am sorry but we are really busy today and we are short on drivers but it should be there any minute." Note....15 minutes go by again and now we are talking a whole hour! I called back upset but still calm. I asked if I could please talk to a manager. The kid says," One second, (he puts down the phone and I can HEAR him talking) She is asking to talk with a manager should I just tell her you are too busy to talk?" I hear the other voice who I can only assume is the manager say yes, to tell me he can't talk. I let them know I would call back in about 5 minutes and try to speak with him them. 10 minutes go by and NO food! This time I call to talk to the manager again and to cancel my order. I was told." Sorry, he can't talk." That was it. They just didn't want to deal with me. But we are talking about over an hour here. As I am trying to cancel the order the driver finally pulls up at 1:05PM. Like I told corporate at that point I had three hungry , whining kids and it was just easier for me to take the food and feed them then to continue with the cancel . One hour and 20 minutes after I made the order we finally got our food. After 3 phone calls noting it would be there in 5 minutes......another two trying to talk to a manger, I will never shop here again. Such a frustrating and absolutely unacceptable situation.

    Very bad experience today. 6/29/14. Made an online order and waited 40 minutes to find the guy about to drive away and say "i just realized i dont have your entire order, just the sandwiches" they forgot chips, cookies and drinks. I took the sandwiches and he saod he would be back. Another 20 minutes go by and finally he shows up with the rest of the order. Over an hour for a sandwich? I wish i ordered deep dish pizza for that time! I called to talk with the manager, who was a young teenager who laughed when i told him my complaint. Very disrespectful and will not be going back. Jimmy johns is good..but not this location.

    The sandwiches are tasty, but this location is not only THE worst Jimmy John's, but maybe the worst sandwich place on the planet. 1. The cashiers don't know how to make correct change. Today I was shorted 20 cents, but I didn't raise a fuss because it was busy and I didn't want to be the jerk holding up the whole line because the cashier can't do simple math. 2. If you go in an order a #5 as-is, you'll be fine. If you order a #5 with no tomatoes or vinegar but ask for mustard and peppers, you might as well ask them to perform brain surgery too. They cannot make a sandwich correctly unless it is straight off the menu. 3. They can't handle the lunch rush. They may get the sandwiches out fast, but chances are you'll have the wrong sandwich or an improperly made sandwich. 4. This is probably the unfriendliest JJ I have been to. No banter, no thank yous, nothing. In short, the manager here should be fired or the place should just close down. The only reason I (very occasionally) eat here is because I can walk to it from my office.

    I always have an excellent experience here! The delivery boys are friendly and for the most part, always on time! Even when they take longer than the usual 15 min, I am never upset because their customer service is above and beyond. I order here so frequently, that I even joked on FB about having to invite one delivery boy to my wedding. I've eaten at a lot of Jimmy John's, and this one by far blows them away! To those who think differently, you must not eat out very much. They even have better service than most of the "fancy" so called restaurants in St. Charles!

    this place is the absolute worst. i won't give this location another cent. it's a shame too because it's the only location close enough for delivery. i choose to spend money at jimmy johns because i don't care for subway or quiznos, and usually JJ is delicious. well, not here. i've contacted corporate a couple times about this location. their pickles are always baby food-soft inside and my sandwiches were usually warm. i don't know about the rest of the world, but i don't want warm mayo and slimy ham and mushy pickles. when you're paying $12+ for a sub, some chips, and a pickle it should be edible at the very least. don't bother complaining to corporate. they'll have a "customer service" person call you, or better yet, the inept store manager. the store manager called me to address my complaints and spent the entire time arguing with me that he personally "checked" the temperature of the meats and that the pickles were fine, etc. why call your customers and argue with them? his solution was that i should call the store and ask for him to personally make my sandwich if i "feel i might receive a bad sandwich". hello?? i contacted corporate again to let them know that they need to step up their customer service and that the store manager doesn't seem to care to deal with issues that customers bring to his attention. that was ten days ago. not a coupon or a word in return. their meats ARE shady, with business ethics to match.

    This is by far the worst managed JJ's I have ever seen. The last time that I was in there, the two guys working in front were chewing tobacco. The best part is that they were spitting into a garbage can sitting next to the prep area. Previous to that, just always rude employees. I will never go there again.
